Online ordering system

In collaboration with our customers and our IT partner, we implemented a unique online ordering system.

Whether for a single branch library or multiple locations library, this new system can be customized to suit your needs:
  • Create and share purchasing lists with all selectors in your library
  • Assign your budget, branch and holding codes using efficient allocation functionalities
  • Create selection templates to facilitate the acquisition process

Built by the Quebec-based firm De Marque, and fed directly from the new Quebec publishers "digital warehouse", this new feature allows you to browse inside a vast selection of documents published by Quebec publishers.

This process is part of a global program which is to offer in a short while, online ordering of ebooks.
